Eindhoven-based IT service provider SuitIT has received the EMEA Pax8 Champion Award at Pax8 Beyond EMEA 2026 in Copenhagen. Pax8 CEO Scott Chasin and the Pax8 Executive Team presented the award on Monday 19 October during the Mainstage Ceremony. The same event focused on the evolution of the MSP into the Managed Intelligence Provider.

SuitIT is a partner of Pax8, the distributor through which MSPs purchase and manage cloud services and software subscriptions for their customers. According to SuitIT, the award recognises the partnership between the two companies and the way it supports organisations in their digital development. The company says it helps customers set up a reliable and secure IT environment and deploy technology.

Otto Lodewijk, managing director of SuitIT, sees the award above all as confirmation that the company is heading in the right direction together with its customers and partners. He points out that the digital landscape is changing rapidly. According to Lodewijk, beyond managing technology, the question increasingly is how technology and AI contribute to an organisation’s goals. He says he is delighted with the recognition and proud of the SuitIT team that works on this every day.

Pax8 Beyond partner awards

According to Pax8, the Pax8 Beyond Partner Awards are intended for partners who contribute to growth, the adoption of cloud and AI, and the success of SMEs. Pax8 presented several partner awards during Beyond EMEA 2026. The press information does not state the criteria or figures on which the winners were selected.

From MSP to Managed Intelligence Provider

Alongside the awards ceremony, the event focused on the changing role of IT service providers. Chasin addressed the shift towards what Pax8 calls the Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP). In this model, IT partners support organisations in managing technology and, in addition, in using data, AI and applications built on them.

With the term, Pax8 outlines the next step it envisages for its partner channel: an MSP that, in addition to infrastructure and licences, also advises on data use and the deployment of AI.

SuitIT’s plans

SuitIT states that the award ties in with its ambition to further support customers in their digital development. According to the company, a reliable, secure and well-managed IT environment remains the foundation. At the same time, SuitIT expects cloud, cybersecurity, data and AI to become more important for organisations that want to use their technology more effectively.

According to the company, the challenge lies in linking these capabilities to customers’ day-to-day practice. SuitIT says it does not regard technology as an end in itself and aims to deliver solutions that suit the customer’s organisation, employees and objectives.
