Bechtle AG is acquiring the British company Bespoke XYZ Limited and its subsidiary Savvy. The Manchester-based business focuses on AI, data analytics and Power Platform solutions built on Microsoft technology. The acquisition brings 52 employees into Bechtle. It is the German IT services provider’s sixth acquisition in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Bespoke was founded in 2013 and is based in Manchester. The company provides AI, data analytics and automation services, focusing entirely on the Microsoft ecosystem. A key part of this is Microsoft Power Platform, the low-code platform that organisations use to build their own applications, workflows and reports.
Bechtle says the acquisition will further expand its capabilities in AI, data analytics and automation, which it describes as a fast-growing market. In the 2025/26 financial year, Bespoke generated revenue of approximately 3.5 million pounds sterling. The 52 employees transferring to Bechtle include an offshore delivery team in the Philippines.
Savvy focuses on education
Subsidiary Savvy operates as a managed IT service provider (MSP) for the education sector. It provides IT support, Microsoft 365 and licensing, cloud services, infrastructure and cybersecurity to educational institutions. With Savvy, Bechtle UK is therefore also acquiring an MSP business that is focused specifically on a single sector.
The combination of the two companies brings together project-based specialisation in AI and data with ongoing managed services. Bechtle has not said whether it intends to offer Bespoke’s services to Savvy’s customer base or to other parts of Bechtle UK.
Existing partnership
The acquisition builds on an existing relationship. According to Bechtle, the two companies have been working together on customer projects for more than two years. Bespoke will continue to operate as an independent company within Bechtle UK for the time being, the group said.
Sixth acquisition in the British market
With this acquisition, Bechtle UK is continuing its growth strategy in the British market. It is Bechtle’s sixth acquisition in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Bechtle AG is headquartered in Neckarsulm, Germany, and regularly expands its activities in Europe through acquisitions of specialist IT service providers.
