UK MSP Iglu Tech Group joins Your.Cloud

Dutch MSP group Your.Cloud is expanding its presence in the United Kingdom. British IT service provider Iglu Tech Group, which specialises in managed IT, cybersecurity and digital transformation, is joining the group. Iglu will continue to operate under its own name and management. The parties have not disclosed the financial details of the transaction.

Jason Yeomans remains managing director of Iglu. According to Your.Cloud, nothing will change for Iglu’s customers: they will keep the same contacts and continue to receive the same services. The acquisition fits the group’s decentralised model, in which member companies continue to operate independently under their own name.

From managed IT to a broader range of services

Iglu has offices in London and Kent. The company provides managed IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, AI and Copilot, digital workplace services and support with digital transformation. Iglu was formed through the merger of ISAAC Intelligence, Guidance Technologies, Impreza IT and Supportplan.

Iglu describes itself as a Total Technology Partner. The company says that in recent years it has evolved from a traditional managed IT provider into a partner that, in addition to IT support and managed services, also advises on digital resilience, the return on Microsoft investments and the responsible use of AI and Microsoft Copilot.

Yeomans calls joining Your.Cloud an important step in Iglu’s plans for the future. He says that access to greater knowledge and resources will enable the company to keep serving its customers without losing its own identity. Yeomans says he has long appreciated Your.Cloud’s decentralised approach, as member companies retain their own values while gaining access to more opportunities.

Access to expertise within the group

Your.Cloud says Iglu will gain access to the knowledge, expertise and resources within the wider group. According to the company, this will allow Iglu to expand its range of services, including additional cybersecurity solutions, specialist Microsoft expertise and cloud infrastructure services.

Bastiaan Topper, portfolio director at Your.Cloud, sees Iglu as a valuable addition to the group’s UK network. He expects the knowledge sharing to work both ways: Iglu can draw on the specialist expertise within Your.Cloud, while other companies in the group can learn from the experience of the Iglu team. Topper says Your.Cloud wants to support Yeomans and his team in the further development of the business and in exploring new opportunities.

Decentralised group model

Your.Cloud brings together IT companies whose expertise is complementary and in which local entrepreneurship remains central. Member companies retain their independence and receive strategic support from the group. The company also says it works with standard playbooks and knowledge sharing between its members.

Your.Cloud comprises more than 40 companies in several European countries and has around 1,600 employees. The group generates annual revenue of more than €450 million and serves over 25,000 business customers with managed IT services covering the workplace, security, infrastructure and connectivity. Your.Cloud presents itself as one of the fastest-growing MSP platforms in Europe.

Your.Cloud is part of Your.World, a portfolio company of Dutch investment firm Strikwerda Investments. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
