Vooruit moves head office to new building in Huizen

IT service provider Vooruit has been working from a new head office at Bestevaer 44a in Huizen since Tuesday 3 November. The building is close to the company’s previous location. According to the company, the new office offers more room for the organisation’s growth and for collaboration between teams.

The new building is a short distance from Vooruit’s previous office. According to the company, it offers more space than the old location and therefore suits the organisation’s growth. The press release gives no figures on the number of employees or the size of the new building.

Teams closer together

Vooruit says the new office brings various teams and specialists closer together. The company expects this to create more opportunities for consultation and collaboration. Vooruit also says the building is better suited to receiving customers and partners.

CEO Sander van der Velden says the company needs a working environment that matches its growth plans. In the new building, he says, teams can be brought together logically, making it easier to share knowledge. Van der Velden expects this to enable Vooruit to better support customers across its various specialisms.

Connected to Huizen

Vooruit says that by choosing a location close to its previous office, it remains connected to Huizen. Since Tuesday 3 November, employees have been working from the new building, which also serves as the organisation’s head office. The company also has other branches.
